This course is designed for the learners to improve your cardiovascular health, body composition, flexibility and agility. This course also helps to increase focus and concentration. This course also helps to boost your mood and relieve stress.
This course is covering 6 major asanas in 6 LIVE sessions to learn how to energise your body, increase your dynamic flexibility and fine-tune your yoga skills.
- Learners must have an internet connection
- Learners must have willingness and desire to learn Yogic asanas and training techniques
- Learners should have Basic understanding of instructions in English language
- Learners must be proactively involved in LIVE sessions
- Learners must have a Water Bottle,Tracks or Joggers, T-Shirt or Comfortable Top, Napkin
- This course is for learners aged 18 years and above who are passionate and desiring to energize your body and achieve flexibility
